Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle accounting process, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements and management reporting.
- Manage inventory accounting, including inventory costing, cycle counts, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Partner with operations and warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and reporting.
- Support project accounting, including project costing, work-in-progress (WIP), budgets vs. actuals, and percentage-of-completion (POC) revenue recognition.
- Help develop scalable accounting processes as new business lines are launched.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and other system capabilities.
- Serve as the internal NetSuite resource for reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Aid with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
- Act as a business partner to leadership by providing meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with inventory accounting and cycle count management.
- Payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work onsite in the Seattle area.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation (or working toward it).

Pay
- $80,000–$107,000 per year
