This role is well suited for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes ownership of their work, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesFull - Cycle accounts payable, matching/batching, GL CodingMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationReconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accountsAssist with month-end close activities and financial reportingReview transactions for accuracy and proper codingManage vendor payments and employee expense reimbursementsSupport payroll processing and related recordkeepingPrepare schedules and documentation for audits and tax filingsMonitor account activity and research discrepanciesAssist with special projects and process improvement initiativesQualifications3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experienceDemonstrated employment stability and a consistent accounting backgroundStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeepingExperience working within an ERP or computerized accounting systemComfortable handling multiple accounting functions simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesProficiency with Excel and other business softwareExcellent organizational and communication skillsSelling PointsLong-term career opportunity with a financially stable organizationCollaborative, professional work environmentLeadership team that values accountability and resultsStrong employee retention and company growthOpportunity to expand responsibilities over timeCompensation: $52,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
