Bookkeeper

A growing and established company is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, small-office environment and has strong experience with bookkeeping, inventory tracking, and QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsReconcile bank and credit card accountsManage and track inventory records, quantities, and related reportingAssist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliationsMaintain organized financial documentation and recordsGenerate inventory-related reports and support operational accounting needsCollaborate with internal team members to ensure accurate financial data Qualifications Proven experience as a BookkeeperStrong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principlesExperience with inventory management processes and reportingProficiency in QuickBooksAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and reportingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Payroll is processed through an external service providerThis role is focused on bookkeeping and inventory accounting rather than full financial statement preparationSmall, casual office environment with a close-knit team of approximately 3-5 employeesOpportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
