About the role

Jimco Maintenance, Inc., a leading provider of maintenance and repair services across the Southeast, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to support their financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions
• Maintain accurate ledgers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the maintenance or service industry is a plus

Skills

• Accounting software proficiency (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
