About the role
You'll thrive in a detail-driven role at the financial heart of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Work with a high degree of independence and accuracy, maintaining the firm's books in QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts payable and firm expenses
- Oversight of the firm's trust/IOTA account with meticulous care
- Keep entries current
- Monthly account reconciliation
- Perform three-way trust reconciliations
- Support the firm's CFO on a monthly and annual basis
Requirements
Experience with law firm trust accounting is strongly preferred, and a strong command of QuickBooks Online and Excel is essential.
Qualifications
Precision and follow-through are key.
