About the role
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare and submit invoices
- Process payroll and tax filings
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
