About the Role
The Bookkeeper will play an important role in supporting the organization's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a broad range of accounting responsibilities, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a small-company environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and prepare journal entries
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support monthly and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with cash flow management and monitoring
Requirements
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Experience with journal entries a plus
Pay
$50,000 - $55,000
