Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Auxiliary with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Auxiliary with invoicing, payments, and other accounting functions
• Support month-end accounting activities and reporting
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities as you learn and grow within the role

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience preferred
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Most importantly, someone who is eager to learn, willing to jump in, and interested in growing with the company
