Bookkeeper

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our clients' accounting team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting functions
• Aid in overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Sustain accurate financial records for multiple business entities
• Utilize accounting software and internal systems to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to support business objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end close activities
