Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and cash management activities across multiple entities
• Prepare reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and support reporting for executive leadership
• Partner closely with the CFO and president by supporting financial operations, special projects, and business initiatives
• Coordinate shareholder communications, board support materials, tax-related documentation, and executive administrative activities
• Support process improvements, technology enhancements, and new system implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills; multi-entity accounting and cash management experience preferred
