Bookkeeper

Associate-level, full-time role focused on maintaining financial record integrity for leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support.

About the role

The Bookkeeper will take ownership of financial record integrity, prioritizing accuracy and traceable follow-through over speed. Success is measured by ensuring financial records are current, exceptions have clear owners, and work can be seamlessly continued by another authorized teammate without reconstructing history.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the bookkeeping workflow to ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Protect confidential account information within leisure booking support.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records to verify accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions and assign ownership.
• Document workflow decisions clearly for continuity by other team members.
• Apply sound judgment in variance analysis, escalating when necessary instead of making assumptions.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
