Bookkeeper

This role involves providing direct support to the director, assisting with daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess a high attention to detail and be adaptable to change, as the tasks will vary day to day. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the director in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing tasks.
• Attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with Paylocity is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in claims management is advantageous.
• Interest in organization development.

About the role

The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, utilizing technologies such as Excel and potentially Paylocity. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wadsworth, OH, and is fully onsite.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
