Responsibilities
- Coordinate booking support with issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Review Shroff travel role documentation with status tracking, maintaining clarity in source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Document case management with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to support booking-focused, specialized execution.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
- Apply strong booking support standards to ensure service resolution remains usable under the demands of Philippine travel/DMC operations.
- Use Shroff Travel Workflow Context and customer service principles confidently in a booking-focused, support-specialized environment.
- Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, especially when support depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Complete remote work only when exception tracking, documentation, and cross-functional coordination make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail in tracking source, owner, status, and next actions for all tasks.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
