About the role

Project Expedition needs a Booking Quality Specialist to ensure dependable service quality across a tours-and-activities marketplace connecting travelers, travel advisors, tour operators, excursions, transfers, bookings, content, and partner support. The role focuses on surfacing incomplete information before it leads to downstream rework, measured through specialized execution within the tours and activities marketplace.

The practical outcome is clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Role Fit

• Use Booking Quality Specialist Execution and Workflow confidently in the tours and activities marketplace.
• Apply Quality Monitoring without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to specialized execution.
• Document issue decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Scorecard Review, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Booking Quality Specialist workflow by scoring and documenting observed defects.
• Track the workflow by identifying recurring failure patterns.
• Own the workflow by tracking corrective actions and follow-up.
• Coordinate the workflow by turning quality findings into practical process feedback.
• Review the workflow by assessing work against documented quality standards.

Pay

Base salary: $46,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
