About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service team
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and improve customer service metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems
