This Booking Coordinator role operates within a Philippine travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The position focuses on booking coordination, ensuring travel planning and services are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining clear separation between applicant screening and customer payment/visa-service operations. Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate bookings with suppliers, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of a Philippine travel agency handling domestic/international packages, groups, corporate travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance.
- Document role-specific workflows and status tracking in Travbest, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps for all bookings.
- Maintain reservation systems with strict deadline management, ensuring all bookings are traceable and dependencies are clearly documented.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance in booking coordination.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the booking workflow.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring decisions are traceable within the agency’s operating environment.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, relying on confirmed facts rather than assumptions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations.
- Ensure remote completion of booking tasks only when supplier coordination, issue escalation, and exception tracking are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain data accuracy while managing deadlines and evidence in a booking-focused workflow.
- Strong documentation skills for process compliance and issue escalation, ensuring reasoning is clear and traceable.
- Judgment in follow-ups, particularly when coordination relies on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Associate-level experience in a full-time role, with a focus on booking coordination or related travel operations.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
