Booking Coordinator

Shroff Travel is recruiting a Booking Coordinator to work across air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Create reservations using approved booking, supplier, or travel-management systems.
• Verify traveler names, dates, routes, room or fare details, pricing, and required information before confirmation.
• Send confirmations, itinerary details, payment or deadline information, and relevant service instructions across ticketing, tours, and travel sales.
• Process approved changes, cancellations, rebookings, or schedule updates and document all changes for the team.
• Coordinate routine reservation issues with suppliers, travelers, and internal travel teams while supporting ticketing, tours, and travel sales.
• Maintain accurate booking notes, confirmation numbers, deadlines, and supporting travel records.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, customer communication, data-entry, and organization skills.
• Comfort using reservation, travel, CRM, email, spreadsheet, or supplier systems.
• Ability to verify names, dates, fares, room details, and booking restrictions accurately.
• Clear communication when explaining confirmations, changes, deadlines, or next steps.
• Reliable follow-through on open booking or supplier issues.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Pay

$48,500 - $56,000 per year
