About the role

LJ Horizon Travels is hiring a Booking Coordinator for a remote United States position. The role will support travelers and internal teams with planning, reservations, itinerary coordination, customer communication, and accurate travel records.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with trip planning, reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details.
• Review booking information for accuracy and communicate schedule or reservation changes.
• Maintain organized traveler, reservation, and service records.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and travel suppliers to resolve routine issues.
• Provide clear and professional support through approved remote communication channels.
