Primary job duties

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of inside sales/outside sales experience, or multiple years of experience in sales/outside sales.
• Show a proven track record of success in a sales role.
• Be energetic, self-starter, passionate about professional integrity and excellence with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
• Have the ability to strategically prospect new business, overcome objections, and have the courage to ask again.
• Be capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
• Be proficient with computers, software, and new technologies.

Skills And Experience

• Proven ability to organize, analyze, and interpret statistical data and draw conclusions from findings.
• Ability to fully participate in Salesforce CRM (Client Relationship Management) system.
• Participation in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media.

Physical Demands

• Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment.
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range

This is a 100% commissioned role, with an initial temporary minimum commission guarantee between $50,000 and $130,000. This range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Minimum temporary commission guarantee will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmarks.
