Position Purpose: Responsible for the successful build of the Dartmouth Night bonfire. The Build Leader teaches and oversees student bonfire build volunteers.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and manage details of the build process
• Solid understanding of construction processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be available the week of the build (including irregular hours)
• Be patient and prepared to teach the students how to build the structure
• Demonstrated experience teaching hands-on skills
• Must be able to lift and carry 70 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders and spend long periods of time working on uneven surfaces above the ground
