Bone Density Technologist Location: Jacksonville, FL Sign on Bonus Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM ARRT Preferred| Bone Density Certification Not RequiredWe’re partnering with a growing outpatient imaging organization that is hiring a DEXA Technologist in Miami, FL.This role is built for someone who already has their ARRT certification in hand and wants to focus primarily on DEXA imaging. The right person will be professional with patients, comfortable with steady volume, and able to produce accurate scans while keeping the schedule moving.What You’ll Be DoingPerform DEXA bone density scans in an outpatient imaging environmentPosition patients properly and follow imaging protocolsOperate imaging equipment safely and accuratelyExplain exams clearly and make patients feel comfortableSupport a steady schedule with patients already booked Maintain accurate documentation and exam recordsKeep the exam area clean, organized, and patient-readyOccasionally assist with X-ray only if an emergency need comes upCommunicate clearly with providers, patients, and team membersWhat They’re Looking ForARRT certification highly preferredBone Density certification is not requiredDEXA experience preferredMammography certification is a bonus and may create cross-training opportunitiesStrong patient care skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a steady-volume outpatient settingDependable, organized, and comfortable working independentlySchedule / CompensationMonday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PMLate-night and/or Saturday coverage may be required depending on final schedulePay is based on experienceShift differential applies for qualifying late-night/Saturday shifts after 90 daysWhy You’ll Love ItDEXA-focused role with limited emergency X-ray supportStable outpatient imaging environmentSteady patient flow without heavy lifting requirementsOpportunity to work with Hologic equipment MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
