Responsible for leading architectural projects from conception to completion, overseeing design teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project design and construction phases
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and refine project concepts
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations
• Prepare and present project proposals and presentations to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
