Responsibilities

  • Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
  • Remove and install panels and components.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve aircraft system/component issues.
  • De-fuel aircraft.
  • Engine removal/installations.
  • Operate ground support equipment.
  • Inspect and evaluate the aircraft and components.
  • Aircraft movement and assistance in performance runs/taxiing.
  • Maintain and repair shop facility, equipment and tooling.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • AMT I: Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar.
  • AMT II: Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred. 2-4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance. Experience working on corporate aircraft is preferred but not essential.
  • AMT III: Airframe license is required; in addition, Powerplant license is highly preferred. 4-6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance. Experience working on corporate aircraft is highly preferred but not essential.
  • AMT IV (Master): Airframe and Powerplant license is required. 6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance. Must have extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms. Subject matter expert in all areas of the job.

Skills

  • Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
  • Physical requirements: Lifts 50 lbs., Routine walking, bending and squatting or sitting, Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands, Climb ladders and stairs, work in small, restricted areas, Standing for long periods of time.
  • Mental requirements: Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines, Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation, Work with others in a professional manner.

Pay

The shift incentive includes a 11.11% shift differential and a 3 day workweek.

Schedule

Weekend Shift schedule is Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm.
