Responsibilities

  • Performing general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
  • Removing and installing panels and components.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving aircraft system/component issues.
  • De-fueling aircraft.
  • Engine removal/installations.
  • Operating ground support equipment.
  • Aircraft movement and assisting in performance runs/taxiing.
  • Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Effectively and clearly communicating (speaking, writing, reading) in English.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • Education and experience based on the level of position:
    • AMT I: Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred. 0-2 years of experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar.
    • AMT II: Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred. 2-4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance. Experience working on corporate aircraft is preferred but not essential.
    • AMT III: Airframe license is required; in addition, Powerplant license is highly preferred. 4-6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance. Experience working on corporate aircraft is highly preferred but not essential.
    • AMT IV (Master): Airframe and Powerplant license is required. 6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance. Must have extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms. Subject matter expert in all areas of the job.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
  • Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
  • Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
  • Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
  • Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
  • Maintain customer-oriented work habits.

Skills

  • Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate (speaking, writing, reading) in English.

Schedule

  • Weekend Shift schedule is Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm.
  • Shift incentive includes a 11.11% shift differential and 3 day workweek.
