About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the most advanced civilian aircraft in the world, performing a variety of mechanical tasks and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
  • Removal and installation of panels and components.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving aircraft system/component issues.
  • Engine removal/installations.
  • Operating ground support equipment.
  • Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components.
  • Aircraft movement and assistance in performance runs/taxiing.
  • Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • A High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • AMT I: Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance, with experience on corporate aircraft preferred but not essential.
  • AMT II: Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance, with experience on corporate aircraft preferred but not essential.
  • AMT III: Airframe license is required; in addition, Powerplant license is highly preferred. 4-6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance, with experience on corporate aircraft preferred but not essential.
  • AMT IV (Master): Airframe and Powerplant license is required. 6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance, with extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to get to work each day.
  • Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Director of Maintenance.
  • May be directed to supervise other technicians in some capacity.

Skills

  • Understanding and implementation of regulations and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot or evaluate system operation.
  • Work with others in a professional manner.
