About the role
Our client, a large property management firm, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician. This role involves travel across Long Island and work on commercial HVAC systems, including 8-12 section burners, steam boilers, and atmospheric boilers.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain 8-12 section burners
- Work on steam boilers and atmospheric boilers
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Handle circular pumps and gas valves
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC technician experience
- Commercial boilers and burner experience
- Universal Certification required
- Clean driver’s license
Pay
$35–$45/hour plus overtime and company vehicle.
