About the role
The Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for operating boilers and performing related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning boilers inside and tubes from the outside
- Helping to take equipment apart and reinstall
- Performing heavy lifting as needed
- Promoting and encouraging safety in all maintenance activities
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Understand and speak English enough to attend maintenance training
- Comply with Company policy and procedures
- Show good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Show a good work history and attendance
- Hold a 1B or higher license
- Be a team player
- Have other maintenance experience (optional)

Pay
The pay rate ranges from $24.35 per hour up to $42.35/hour plus $1/hour Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Schedule
Rotating shifts, flexible as needed or required, alternating weekends depending on personnel. Saturday or Sunday shifts may be required, especially during the Fall season.
