About the role
Twin Rivers Paper Company, Potsdam, NY has an opening in its Steam Plant for a boiler operator. Primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the steam boilers, mill water supply and steam condensate system.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records in plant operations
- Perform chemical testing of boiler make-up water and condensate
- Generate reports
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum two years experience with industrial boilers
- Good math, problem solving and reading skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge and ability to use measurements
Salary
$26.37 - $30.83
