Boiler Lead Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Boiler Service Technician to support commercial and industrial boiler systems across multiple regional customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, inspection, maintenance, repair, and calibration of steam and hot water boilers, burners, combustion systems, controls, and auxiliary boiler room equipment.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend system improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Mentor field technicians and coordinate service work.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in critical industrial environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience servicing commercial and industrial boiler systems.
• Strong knowledge of combustion systems, controls, and instrumentation.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, CAD drawings, and technical manuals.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• OEM training certifications are highly preferred.
