About the role
The Boiler Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all boiler and mechanical systems in a commercial real estate facility. The role ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations while providing optimal heating, ventilation, and cooling services to support the building’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on boiler and related boiler systems at the facility.
- Uses several trade skills such as heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical.
- Maintain and replace valves, filters, steam gauges, turbines, pumps, compressors, water lines, steam lines, piping and other related systems.
- Maintain and update service data logs.
- Monitor boiler operations during normal operations.
Requirements
- MUST have a Blue Seal License
- Blue seal refrigeration preferred
- 5 years’ experience operating a Steam Boiler
- Require a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Highly safety conscious to work in the following environments: extreme temperatures, steam, electrical, loud noise, heights
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship

Pay
The minimum salary for the Boiler Engineer position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Boiler Engineer position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
