Summary

The Back of House (BOH) Supervisor oversees culinary operations in multiple concession stands or directly supervises catering and premium events. This role provides instruction, coaching, and demonstration of quality food production, sanitary practices, and recipe consistency for hourly associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products.
• Maintain product and labor costs according to budget.
• Supervise and train hourly staff to implement policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management and the Executive Chef regarding staff performance and conduct.
• Advise management of purchasing needs, focusing on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.
• Use standard, approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of the food supply.
• Operate, clean, and handle all equipment safely and hygienically in accordance with department procedures and company policy.
• Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours, including serving meals, clearing service areas, and guest engagement.
• Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain proper food rotations to minimize spoilage and waste.
• Follow sanitation and safety principles in handling food and equipment.
• Maintain all appropriate certifications for the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Pay range: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour.
