About the role
As a BOH Team Member, you will prepare items for the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish areas, observe food safety and quality guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for fast, hardworking people who enjoy working on a team to succeed. We will teach you everything else you need to know. Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character while providing fresh and quality food.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food safely and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean at all times
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager on shift
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Pay
Part-Time: $16.50–$17/hr
Full-Time: $17.50–$18/hr
Pay varies based on qualifications, availability, and experience.
