Responsibilities

Cleaning: Clean and sanitize dishes (using hand sink and machine wash), dry and put away. Wash floors. Check and clean bathrooms.

Porter: Maintain flow of work with clearing dining room bus bins. Receive and put away delivery orders. Dispose of garbage. Break down boxes.

Operations Systems & Procedures:

• Complete open and close checklists
• Complete checks (e.g., check dining room every 15 minutes)
• Tray chips correctly
• Receive orders, and place, label, date orders accurately
• Set up the next shift for success
• Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies
• Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards
• Uphold company standards and policies for open/closed
• Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws

Requirements

• One year of dishwashing experience
• Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, multitask and accurately meet deadlines
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to help wherever needed
• Spanish fluency preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
