About the role
As a Quality Specialist Intern, you will support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality are embedded in plans and practices. These positions are expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations and must meet Export Control compliance requirements (a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required). Employer will not sponsor applicants for Employment Visa status.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstrating ownership and diligence.
- Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support research and analysis of performance reports with accuracy and responsibility to enhance process capability.
- Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supporting trustworthy transparency and compliance.
- Compile data for material review disposition, through respectful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation on or after August 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Meet Export Control compliance as a "U.S. Person" (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Preferred Qualifications
- Majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Programming, Systems Engineering and Management, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 or above).
- Previous internships, work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
- Passion for the aerospace industry and eagerness to contribute to Boeing's mission.
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite at designated locations.
- Junior or Senior class standing.

Pay
Summary pay range: $40,000 – $80,000 (based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations).
