BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise built on strength, form, and CHEER. We're brand new to Exton — there's no culture to fit into here, there's one to build. That's where you come in.
Who We're Looking For
We need a Fitness Manager who wants to teach and build — not just deliver classes, but recruit, mentor, and lead the instructor team that defines this studio. Part teacher, part builder, part leader. If you've ever wanted to shape a studio from the ground up, this is that shot.
What You'll Be Doing
- Teach: 10 BODYBAR classes/week, setting the studio's energy and standard
- Grow a high-performing instructor team — build it your way
- Create standout member experiences rooted in connection and professionalism
- Partner with leadership on sales and local outreach
- Own and strategically manage the class schedule
- Track KPIs to guide decisions and keep raising the bar
- Oversee equipment readiness and coordinate repairs
- Engage members before, during, and after class to build real community
What You'll Bring to the Bar
- At least one of: Bachelor's in Exercise Science (or related), certified personal trainer/group fitness instructor, or Pilates/BODYBAR instructor certification
- 1+ year in the fitness industry
- 1+ year management experience in fitness or a related field
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, Gmail)
- Quick to learn new tech — Club Ready experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong oral and written communicator
- Community builder
- Positive leader and team player
