Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise collision repairs including structural, metal, and panel replacement
- Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines
- Perform frame measurements and straightening
- Work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay
- Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in body repair (preferred)
- Knowledge of frame machines, welding, and modern repair tools
- Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (preferred but not required)
- A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
