Body Shop: Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute precise collision repairs including structural, metal, and panel replacement
  • Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines
  • Perform frame measurements and straightening
  • Work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay
  • Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in body repair (preferred)
  • Knowledge of frame machines, welding, and modern repair tools
  • Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (preferred but not required)
  • A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
