Body Shop Support / Vehicle Check-In & Quality Control Assistant

Responsibilities

• Check in incoming vehicles and complete initial documentation
• Perform pre-repair and post-repair vehicle scans
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed repairs to ensure work meets standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the body shop and work areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of shop waste appropriately
• Break down cardboard boxes and manage shop packaging materials
• Absorb general support tasks as needed to assist body technicians
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Support overall shop efficiency and workflow

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and light lifting
• Basic understanding of automotive repair environment preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced automotive body shop. The role requires working around vehicles, equipment, and shop materials in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
