Automotive Body Shop Parts Assistant

Job Duties

• Checking in ordered parts to ensure they match damaged parts removed from the vehicle
• Matching parts to invoices to confirm all parts were received as charged on the invoice
• Organizing parts and placing them in proper locations
• Posting data entry - entering parts invoices into the computer system
• Sending returned parts back to vendors and following up to ensure credits are issued
• Performing other general daily tasks related to the parts department

Requirements

• Experience in Parts Department
• Experience in Body Shop Parts
• Experience with CCC Management and/or Tekion (a huge plus)
