Escondido auto body shop looking to hire a technician and shop helper.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus overtime.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components
- Perform light repairs
- Assist with shop maintenance and cleaning
- Color sanding, polishing, and buffing
- Wet or dry sanding
- Clay, wax, and interior/exterior wash/detail
- Operate power tools (DA, buffer, etc.)—both electric and air-powered
Requirements
- Prior auto-body experience
- Fluent English (Spanish speaking recommended)
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
