Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay
Up to $80,000 per year, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Body Shop department.
- Solicits outside body and paint work.
- Passes technical and internal information to technicians and ensures clear storage of information.
- Ensures staff is trained to support all customer needs.
- Enforces company policy regarding work in progress.
- Keeps up to date with technical information and informs relevant stakeholders of any personnel requirements.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent.
- ASE Certification preferred.
- 5+ years experience in a related field.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Other preferred experience includes auto body, ICAR, ICAR platinum, welding, and paint/refinishing.
Skills
