Position Overview

As a YAAAS TEA Bobarista, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest's delightful experience. You’ll craft, cook, and package our high-quality tea products, maintaining our store's cleanliness and operational organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves to engage with people and is passionate about creating delicious, high-standard beverages.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, assist with navigation to order kiosks, and offer guidance on our menu.
• Ensure store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the YAAAS TEA menu to enhance guest service.
• Conduct cash transactions and inform guests about our rewards program.
• Follow our SOPs diligently for crafting and packaging beverages.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
• Efficiently manage kitchen schedules and daily responsibilities.
• Maintain kitchen and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to BOH prep and recipes to uphold our quality standards.
• Implement the FIFO method to maintain freshness.

Job Details

• Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Salary: From $16.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 20 – 30 per week
