About the role

Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Bob’s Squad Office Support Associate and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
• Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care.
• Support multiple functions in a dynamic retail environment, including order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
• Manage calls and support store teams as needed.
• Use support systems and CRM tools to manage guest interactions effectively.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including standing, walking, sitting, and performing computer-based work.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk on showroom floor.
• Ability to sit and perform computer-based work at a desk.
• Ability to speak clearly on phone and use standard office equipment.
