About the role

Join Bob’s Discount Furniture as a Bob's Squad Office Support Associate and be a key part of delivering exceptional support throughout the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms
• Help with orders, manage calls, and support store teams
• Use technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care
• Work flexible retail hours, including required flexibility to work a retail schedule

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to stand and walk on showroom floor, sit and perform computer-based work at a desk, and speak clearly on phone and use standard office equipment

Pay

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities: Pay: $15.88 per hour
