Job Summary
The Boat House of Three Lakes is seeking a seasonal employee to help maintain and prepare boats for delivery and customer inspection. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the boats and facility look sharp and polished. It involves preparing boats for delivery, keeping stock boats clean, assisting in the Service Department, organizing boats, and performing various yard tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interactions with courtesy and respect.
- Thoroughly clean boats inside and out, paying attention to all surfaces.
- Keep stock boats clean and ready for customer inspection.
- Assist in cleaning service boats as needed.
- Organize boats on the lot using forklifts and other vehicles.
- Follow safety rules and wear appropriate protective gear.
- Advise supervisors about boats requiring additional work.
- Use necessary supplies efficiently without overuse or waste.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
- Participate in general yard cleanup as directed.
- Ensure equipment/tools are in good working condition and report any issues.
- Keep buildings and service trucks clean and tidy.
- Help with setup and breakdown of boat shows.
- Attend all assigned meetings.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
This position is open to full-time seasonal employment. No prior experience is required, but strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocols are essential.
Qualifications
Applicants should be able to work outdoors all day and possess basic organizational and cleaning skills.

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
