Board Member Position--Corporate Sponsorship Lead

Key responsibilities

• Identifying new corporate sponsorship prospects
• Developing relationships with potential corporate sponsors
• Asking for corporate sponsorship support
• Maintaining relationships with existing corporate sponsors throughout the year

Commitment Details

2-4 hours/month

Other Requirements

• Must participate in OAF board meetings, which are currently held every other month on a Saturday morning.
• Other time commitment varies depending on the time of year and what activities are scheduled.
• Estimated 2-4 hours/month.

Description

Ohio Animal Foundation is seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to serve on our Board of Directors as our Corporate Sponsorship Lead. In addition to regular board service and participation, this person will work with the Executive Director/Board to grow our corporate sponsorship revenue throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Previous sponsorship experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be very detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with email programs and other methods of communication.
