About the role

The Fund Development position is crucial for our growth. We are currently funded through programs and individual donations, but we need to build sustainable revenue to achieve our goals. The ideal candidate should understand how to secure grants, establish fundraising partnerships, and grow our donor base.

Requirements

• Lived experience with AuDHD, ADHD, or autism
• Deep understanding of these communities through work or relationships
• Experience in building sustainable revenue for nonprofits
• Strong networking skills to connect with potential donors and supporters

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and best practices
