Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions using ABA principles and practices
- Provide direct therapy services to children and youth, using positive and evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA and behavioral interventions
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BBCA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bilingual
