Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. Service Locations
- Hybrid positions supporting home, virtual, daycare, and early learning center services
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills
- Conduct ABA assessments, such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and skill-based evaluations
- Design and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environments
- Review and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programs
- Monitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadership
- Report client progress and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly basis
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
- Willingness to obtain Ohio Board Certification (COBA)
- Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs
- Familiarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst preferred)
