Compensation & Benefits
- $80–$90 per hour, based on experience

What Your Earnings Could Look Like
Based on 20 billable hours per week:
- $80/hour: $1,600/week, $7,200 per 4-week month, $93,600/year (52 weeks)
- $90/hour: $1,800/week, $7,200 per 4-week month, $93,600/year (52 weeks)
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Serve as a supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while maintaining high clinical standards
- Provide parent training and ongoing support
- Maintain regular monitoring of client progress and adjust programming as necessary
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Current residence in the State of Colorado
