Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, training, education, and clinical support.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify individual needs and guide service planning.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support positive outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison with psychiatric providers and other clinical professionals to coordinate care.
  • Meet regularly with consumers and their families to provide education, support, and progress updates.
  • Respond to behavioral crises and emergencies with appropriate interventions.
  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate clinical documentation and written reports.
  • Maintain organized and compliant caseload records and documentation.
  • Collaborate as an active member of interdisciplinary and professional treatment teams.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to staff on behavioral intervention strategies and implemented programs.
  • Monitor consumer progress and recommend modifications to treatment plans based on data and clinical observations.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    • Must have experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
